Clos Apalta is an amazing place, set high in the hills in the Apalta valley, we stayed in a wonderful bungalow and enjoyed amazing food and wine and friendly attentive staff. The meals are amazing, every dish is paired with a Lapostolle wine and every dish is cooked with flare and precision. Particular highlights were the tuna and the shrimp risotto. Thoroughly recommended

Is really upscale and different winery. They have mastered all details and the tour ia must do if you arein the area. Reservation in advance is needed and sometimes little mess.

We really enjoyed the story about how this winery came to be, the relationship to Lapostolle and Grand Marnier, and the exquisite engineering of the six (or more) levels of the facility. The tour was fantastic, with an English language version available with Jorge. We learned so much about the process and mindset, even though we've been on tours in California, France, and Virginia. The wines were delightful as well. Though a bit pricey, the tour is a must-see if in the region.

A lot of interesting architecture, and some great insights into winemaking there, including technology wise. Could be improved by detour to the vines, but really well worth a visit!

I knew about Casa Lapostolle and was so excited to visit this winery. This is their newest winery and focuses on their top line Clos Apalta (which scored a perfect 100). Everything about this winery is well thought through. We enjoyed every aspect of this tour. They do not ship wine, but will pack it to travel.
