I stayed there for nearly 20 days and ok there were some problems with internet connection in rooms, there was no safe to leave valuable things but at least the staff were very helpful and always cheerful and nice. The receptionists were so nice..

Family of 4 had a great stay. The girls had their own room with private bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok and they made us eggs to order.

Play structure was a big bonus. Pool looks nice but too cold to use. It is winter after all.

I would recommend for families.

Facility: The Hotel has rooms and cabins, set in well-kept gardens. The rooms are big and airy, most featuring balconies. It also features a good size pool, open until 8 p.m. - great to relax after a day of sightseeing! There's a nice patio-great if you happen to have friends dropping by- as well as a sizable park with some playground equipment. Unfortunately, the tennis court has fallen into disrepair, though.
Location:This Hotel is just half a block from the beach and the seaside promenade. There is a good variety of restaurants nearby, and it is not too hard to walk from it to the city downtown and other attractions, such as "La Recova" market or the Japanese park.
Service: Very good. Staff is helpful and quite well informed. They helped us book a couple of great tours and were very accommodating and kind to the many young kids and toddlers around. An abundant and delicious breakfast is served in the hotel dining room, right next to the gardens and the pool.
Cleanliness: rooms and common areas are well-kept and clean. However, the details get in the way: an old shower curtain; carpeting in very bad shape, frayed and discolored. This can and needs to be improved.
