Very good location, central and safe. Pleasant front desk staff. Nice lobby with live music in the evening. Breakfast is average. Rooms were planned long ago, very outdated style, look like a labyrinth. Bed is comfortable though.
Dinner in the restaurant in the lobby was poor quality. Inedible. Such a shame for São Paulo.
What beats me is the price front desk charged for a toothpaste - 6 BRL. In the rest of the world this would be free. More
