I would stay at this hotel as a last resort. It is clean, but noisy and definitely no frills. Even cheap, it is not value priced. I really hate to give a negative review, but this is more like a motel 6 in the USA, but not quite that good.

Room tip: Stay somewhere else. NO VIEWS AT ALL.

it is a good clean Hotel the front desk stuff is really helpfull.

The rooms are not too big but they are clean and also quiet. AC worked also good. It looks like it is not long ago renovated. You actually can walk to some restaurants without taking a car. close by is a Pizza-place to Av. Kennedy you need about 15 Minutes.

Internet was ok and also pretty fast it broke down just once during the 4 weeks I stayed there.

the only thing I didn't like the desks in the room are pretty small.

This Hotel was adequate for a short stay. The rooms were very small. They were clean and there was always Hot water. There was no safe available in the rooms. This is one important necessity for me. The WIFI was off and On but worked most of the time. Overall nothing especially great, but nothing especially poor either. Quiet nights. Firm beds.

I wouldn't stay here again unless nothing else was available which was the case for me. Spent three nights at this hotel and was very uncomfortable. The room was very small with a bed that my shoulders hung over the sides. Had to shimmy between the TV and bed it was so tight. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so you have to carry your heavy bags to the upper floors. The door was about 1.5 inches thick and had to be locked from the inside with a key. I was really concerned for my safety in the event of a fire.
