We stayed 2 nights!!
In terms of COVID-19, the hotel has been adapting the all necessary mesures, to prevent it!! When you get in for checking in, they mesure your temperature as well as to the whole meals!!
Alcohol are in everywhere!!
Buffet system, you are obligated to use glove to get it served!!
The rooms are cleaned up they do everything for you felling safe!!

Things to be improved:
1) reception employees:
not much sympathy, doesn’t seem that they are there, to serve the customer!! It’s not the best service, can be improved!! doesn’t seem that they are prepared to deal with clients!! Sometimes it seems to lack of resilience!!
2) restaurants:
Despite the cutlery were well packaged, some of it were dirty as the picture
Too long time to collect the dishes in your table
Missing cups during the breakfast

Hotel was good overall. The pool was warm, there was a lifeguard, and the room was good and spacious, although a bit dated. The TV was smaller than I expected, and the bathtub had a stain, but to me the biggest problem was the price. I guess you pay more for being near São Paulo. You can get a much better hotel for the same price in other parts of the country. The breakfast had many options, and was very american (bacon, eggs, waffles...), and lunch and dinner were good, but not excellent. Service at the restaurant was lacking, considering the price.

Resort maravilhoso para relaxar. Massagem (com Simone) perfeito, refeicões maravilhosas e piscinas lindas!

Wonderful hotel! Big beautiful heated pools, great sports area (tennis, gym etc), excellent relaxing massage (with Simone), nice rooms. The most surprising thing was the amazing buffets !! The meals were included and all 3 of the meals were amazing!! Also people arevery polite and kind and thecheck in was fast. Everything was perfect really. It was a real pleasure staying there and we highly recommend this place.

It took 15 minutes for the check-in. Every other hotel takes less than 5 minutes and the really good ones, 1 minute. It is just impossible to get to the roomy by myself. You have to walk a bit, take an elevator to second floor, walk through a maze, take another elevator to the same floor you were before and walk another maze. The control box for the air conditioning does not work. I called reception and they told me to find a remote control....which does not work either. They call maintenance and the guy explains me the remote has to be pointed to a very particular point on the roof at the corridor in front of the bathroom (whaaaaat?). The shower enclosure is tiny and the taps, huge. Any movement, you touch the taps and the temperature of the water changes dramatically. This is not a place to stay.

Room tip: Choose another hotel

Went there for a dermatology meeting but I could enjoy a very pleasent weekend. The place is amazing: great structure, restaurants, swimming pool, fitness room. The room was confortable, very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Service was so good.... I would love to comeback!
