Bom dia, Mariana.
Existem diárias diferenciadas. Umas incluem o café da manhã ( tarifas corporativas /Negociação com empresas) e diárias que não incluem o café da manhã. Por exemplo: reservas feitas através do site da OYO,reservas feitas através do Booking, Expedia.
Em todas as situações que a diária não está inclusa o site informa.E informa também que o restaurante
serve o café da manhã ( mas é cobrado a parte).
Quanto ao problema do ralo,pedimos desculpas, pois são situações que podem acontecer e já foi normalizado. Em casos como o seu poderia solicitar a recepção a mudança de apartamento que seria feito.
Agradecemos sua avaliação e esperamos seu retorno em breve em nosso hotel.
