This is a hotel that may have seen better days. When we arrived in our room the Wi-Fi was not working, The safe was not working. The toilet was not working properly. We had to make 2 requests for someone to come and repair the toilet. No one came to do the repairs. The furniture is outdated.. There is no radio or clock in the rooms. The hotel staff is nice. They have a nice breakfast although the hot water was not very hot. Most of the staff at the hotel is very nice. If the price is right we would stay there again.

This hotel is currently under renovation, so its kind of dusty and noisy. There was a single employee working ant the parking lot and the reception desk when I arrived, so check-in was kind of a slow process.

Rooms are good sized, but kind of dark and outdated. Bathroom sink faucets where leaking, and the round handles meant they where very difficult to operate with wet soapy hands. The ceiling in the bathroom was dark, with visible electrical wiring and very dusty fixtures.

I would recommend to wait for the renovation to see how significant are the improvements, because for now it's not a pleasant place to stay.

It is a well located hotel, in Cambuí, the trendy Campinas district. There are several restaurants, bars and public gathering spots nearby. There is easy access to city center, theaters, Viracopos International Airport and other places of interest. Staff are kind and always prone to please the guest. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is good. Cleanliness is acceptable. However, the hotel itself is an old building whose decoration dates perhaps of 25-30 years ago. Needs refurbishing badly.
