A good hotel close to Viracopos Airport. The restaurant is ok and there are options nearby. If you need a quick stay you Will find a kind staff and the minimum you need before your trip. The beds are large and the linen is fine. Just one complaint, the pillows are awful but the matress compensate, somehow. Big bathroom with good shower.More

Couldn't get anyone to respond to any of the three emails I sent trying to schedule airport pickup. The free airport shuttle was the whole reason I stayed at this (otherwise outrageously overpriced priced) hotel. And staff was rude when queried about it.

The hotel offers a free transfer service on the Airport - Hotel - Airport route. It is done through a partnership with Bandeira Park parking and operates 24 hours a day.
Just when you are at the hotel reception or disembarking from Viracopos airport, contact us by phone 19-3265-5077 and request the van (which arrives within 30 minutes).

VCP is far from São Paulo so if you are like us and flying there at 7pm and need to fly out again by 8am the next day there is no point going all the way in the city. This is clean, comfortable and just fine for a quick overnight. The airport shuttle was convenient and easy back to the airport and a very cheap Uber in. It is very inexpensive as well.
A proper bar would have been great but there is just the convenience store with not great choices and a buffet restaurant. We were too lazy to consider going anywhere else like into Campinas but you can’t fault the hotel for that.

The hotel is fine. I stayed two nights a week apart. The first check in went smooth. The second check in however the staff was a bit lost with other guests that were checking in at the same time. So it was a quite long wait to get the room key. Food is extremely expensive -- so I opted for premade food and warmed that up in the microwave next to the reception desk. Breakfast was very good, though. Lot's of options for food, good coffee and fresh juice. Lots of fresh fruit options. The two rooms I had were very silent and comfortable. The transfer from and to the airport is very punctual, however not very comfortable. The van is not in a good condition, seats were old, smelly, and had holes on them. The drivers though were super-friendly.

There is no room service. There is only buffet available for dinner. There is no all time restaurant open.
But the location is great. I felt really safe for the location. Customer service is good. Only two three people on the room service speaks English

A middle of nowhere hotel that is a notch above your average Ramada in the US. Although small, rooms are clean and functional. The hotel offers no currency exchange and no ATM machines or any other way to exchange US Dollars for Brazilian Reais. There is no internet for guests. Once you checkout the wifi can only connect to social networks but won't allow you to request an Uber, which is a problem for a hotel in that location. In fact, I believe two Uber drivers dropped my request for service because of the cost/benefit of driving to the hotel during off hours. Breakfast is good. Good choice if you need a bed for the night and a good shower.
