I have checked-in around 23h to 00h on Thursday, December 18th.
When I entered the room assigned to me (#513), I have noticed the safety door lock (hook) was broken.
Even though, I decided to move on and prepare myself to take a shower. With a mix of surprise and astonishment, I noticed there was no, not a single one, soap bar.
I decided to call the reception desk, and after a reasonable time with no one answering the phone up, I gave up.
Since I'm a frequent traveler, I always bring with my stuff, extra hygiene products. It was my salvation.
That whole situation was unacceptable, considering the hotel name and the basics for this segment service.More
