The Yuru restaurant, located at Golden Tulip Natal Ponta Negra Hotel, promises to stay in the taste buds of tourists and locals of Natal. Among the main elements of brazilian northeastern cuisine are rennet cheese, bottle butter, cashews, chestnuts, string beans, and strong seasonings such as coriander and cumin. Very nice restaurant for very leisurely dinner. Not inexpensive by Brazil standards but the food was excellent. We had grilled grouper (for two).
