the restaurant guys need service training urgently. An error occurred while noting the dish, excessive delay, cold food and account error. For the room service, many human hiar in bath and in room. What can you want more?

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. I entered my room #111 to be greeted by a strong smell of mildew which I think was coming from the heavily stained and waterline marked couch. The towels in my room were very rough and the toilet was less than a foot in front of the sink. The service at the lobby bar was sad. After putting in an order for a drink and while the bar wasn't crowded, I waited at lease ten minutes before the bartender returned with my drink. This wasn't a one time thing and I noticed other people from my group getting the same treatment -- then double billed for there drink orders, sometimes within minutes of their last payment. We were told we couldn't get the double billing charge off our bill until checkout. The pool and gym hours should be extended. Both facilities did not open until 9AM. All of the lobby furniture should be replaced. Nothing I sat on was comfortable and showed signs of a lot of use and mildew. At night, the bar was full of mosquitoes. Breakfast was ok, but items were not replenished. Despite inconvienences, the hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I spent most of my stay across the street at the Hilton.

Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially those serving us in the cafe during breakfast.

Breakfast served is continental style, good spread of choices.

Hotel is just opposite a shopping (Shopping Metropolis) which has food court, restaurants and shops. Walk to and from hotel in the late evening in group for dinner, the environment feel safe.

Room is big and well maintenance, able to place 2x Queen Size beds. Equipment found in the room are mini-fridge (store with drinks which need to pay for consumption), safe, TV and kettle. Iron and Ironing board available upon request. Although the room is next to a busy road, the good sound proof of the room make it not noticeable. Only set back is the week wif-fi signal, which I believe is due to the location my room which is at the corner.

At the corner of the lobby, there are some game station and toys cater for kids.

Overall, happy with the stay.

Maybe it is quite new but in fairness this is a clean hotel, with good rooms, very good breakfast buffet and service helpful and always close to costumers. Well located and it is a good option both, business and holidays
