Rooms were adequate. No elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs, if you get a room there. Poor level of English at reception. Nice view of the river. Breakfast was decent. They told us to go to Juliano's for dinner, which was excellent.

The hotel was dated, but it is spacious, clean with a relaxing patio with hammocks with the view of the river. The hotel is also walking distance to restaurants or bars in the center of the town.
And they do have air conditioning in their rooms. They are a little expensive compared to other newer hotel/B&B
The receptionists were pleasant, but only speaks spanish.

We are disappointed bec. we chose this hotel for their pool, but it was under repair/construction. They could have sent us an email about it & we had an option staying or not.

This is one of the newer hotels in Rurrenabaque, and, as such, is probably the best option. The setting beside the river is lovely and the swimming pool and gardens provide a very lovely area in which to relax.

The welcome was friendly and throughout our stay everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and the bathroom large if a little basic, however the shower worked well and the water was warm. It was quiet and the air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast was not a highlight and soft drinks, beer, etc were available at reception.

The hotel is, however, expensive for where and what it is.

This hotel is fine but about $25 overpriced. It's run down and the internet doesn't work (stayed two nights five days apart). But the rooms are big and service good. It's three blocks from the center of town so perhaps a bit quieter.
