A wonderful relaxing weekend and everything was just what you would have expected at the JW Marriott. From check in to check out the service, hospitality, the attention to detail made the weekend everything we were expecting

My stay at the JW Marriott in Austin could not have been better. Great location, great food, wonderful service, and lovely rooms! Located in downtown Austin, we were within walking distance of historic 6th street.

The hotel is clean and well-located within Austin. Be aware there is no mini-fridge in room. Customer service is excellent. Bars and restaurants in the hotel are nice too. It's fun to sit in the lobby by the large fireplace.

Everyone made me feel like a VIP. From the service to the room, I cannot say enough wonderful things. The rooms were very clean, the food was great and the meeting rooms very comfortable for the meetings.

After spending 3 nights at a Marriott in dallas which was very unsatisfactory. My business continued in Austin for another 3 days and the difference was night and day. The JW had the most courteous employees that attended to my every need. The mattress was comfortable and the view was incredible. Thanks for the positive experience and making things right after the overrated Gaylord in Dallas!
