My wife stayed here for one short night, she flew in late and had to leave very early the next morning. The room itself was clean and acceptable, but it took her over an hour to get to the hotel (though it’s 5-ish miles away, she also ended up taking a taxi though a shuttle was ‘provided’). Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff told her the shuttle wasn’t available at the time she requested, so she planned on a taxi a few minutes later. BUT, she received a call at the original shuttle time asking ‘where she was, the shuttle is waiting?’

We are so sorry to hear that your wife's trip did not go as smoothly as planned. It seems that we may have had a miscommunication. While our hotel shuttle may not be available at all times, we do provide airport transportation 24 hours daily. To supplement our hotel shuttle, we also utilize SuperShuttle to help us take care of our guests. We apologize that this was confusing. We appreciate your wife choosing us for her stay and that the accommodations provided did meet her expectations. We will share this with our front desk to help to improve communication.

Fantastic customer service! We loved our suite with 2 rooms and a kitchen. Great location to run around downtown. Great for families with older kids. Good value for the money. Hilton rewards member was a plus.

Friendly staff . We booked family suite . However , breakfast was average. Having kitchenette, so we felt like home as we were traveling with 2 kids . Would recommend on the basis of facilities in room and staff behaviour.

Front staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even provided promotional offer for Lyft. Everyone was friendly and the suites were excellent...even a full-sized fridge! The location was close enough to downtown Austin with easy access to highways.

The hotel and staff were excellent! The elevator nearest the pool had a heavy chlorine smell, but everything else was great! The interior for this Homewood Suites had newer appliances and furnishings than others I've stayed at.
