Great quick way to get into the city. However getting quite expensive for a half hour trip.
The air asia bus is much cheaper.

I took KL transit which operates by the same company as KL Express and share the pararell (opposite) platform. The express line has only one stop between Airport and Kualalumper. The train is easily spotted by its' painting of Cheeta. On the other hand KL transit stop at Putrajaya (sentral), kind of a new govetnment city, and at Banda Tasik Selatan between airport (KLIA ) and Kuala Lumper (KL sentral). The train is painted by Cheetah as a model.

It's definitely recommended for anyone going to city centre from the airport or the other away around.
Once ariving at KLIA we bought the KL pass which already includes round trip using KLIA express and RM 10 credit. It cost us RM 155 in total for 1 person.

If you buy using mastercard (im not sure when the promo will end) it's RM 40 per trip. Regular price RM 50. There's also discount for family or group booking so you better check first before buying the ticket.

The train is in good condition, clean, not too crowded, stops at both KLIA and KLIA2. Only 30 minutes away from city centre, stops at KL sentral. From here on you can change course to wherever you're heading.

FOr one or 2 passengers with reasonable luggages to transport, the train is the faster and more economical alternative. For families of 4 or more, better to take the taxi. Train is clean, fast and very convenient.

It's so easy now that KLIA is extended to the Air Asia Budget terminal as well. It's be far the best option if you are heading for KL Sentral.
