Hi there, i am shabir and i check in at Mandaring oriental kuala lumpur i want to commend mr japan For being a good room attendant as he respond to all our request and he really clean and take care of our room as well as his guest. he really takes care his guest and communicate in a very nice way. i recommend h for being a good room attendant. We come here for staycation and also to celebrate my birthday and to my surprise hotel management decided to give me a slice of complimentary cake, thank you mandarin oriental hotel management.
Not to forget also my gratitude your lovely staff ms. Sarah and ms. Michele who delivered the cake to me, it really make my day!!

Book mo for a birthday celebration. The customer service team has provide a complementary chocolate cake. A big applause to Michelle who delivered the cake personally.

Syafik at the pool is friendly and assisting us in our need.

What to improved is to provided room decoration for special occasions. Also, I was mis-charged for the potato chips although it was not in the mini bar during my check-in. Gladly, they have refunded it to me.

Overall, everything is in place and the main lobby is impressive.

Our short staycation during this pandemic was good but could have been better.

The room was not very spacious but the view of the twin towers was amazing, right in your face and you could get a full size shot.

The executive club lounge was the main purpose we book thus hotel however due to COVID-19 SOP it was a disappointment and not really value for money.

We went for their “afternoon tea” at the club lounge and we were disappointed to see that their definition of an afternoon tea was not served in a 3 layer fashion but rather an ala carte menu with only a handful of option which were all sweet and non savoury.

We have visited a couple of other 5 star hotels within the same area just within a few days from this stay, we are proud to say that the other hotels served a proper afternoon tea experience in their club lounge. Mind you we were not expecting a buffet spread but only something value for money, which clearly was not up to standards at the MOKUL club lounge.

The staff were friendly and the lounge area was very elegant looking and definitely a great ambiance.

Wonderful weekend at Mandarin Oriental Hotel KL.

I come here again with family because i like the hygiene environment and delicious high tea served at Mandarin Oriental KL. Good practice of SOP during RMCO.

The staff here are very friendly and provided superb customer service. They recognized me as the Elite Gold member and i really appreciate that.

Special focus recognition to the service team located at Lounge at the Park, the good team leader Mr Taza his supervisors Mr Amin, Darwin, Anis, and Zakir.
