Very unsatisfied on the first night. Went in the room with dust and small food waste on the TV table surface. Very obvious yet so meant no one wipe the surface.
EVEN WORST when we prepare to sleep, I saw the bed sheet was dirty, 2 of the pillow case was dirty, not stain but it obviously wasn't change with dirts, dust and hair on top of it! Open up the blanket and it has lipstick stain on it. (Lipstick stain is washable so again meant it's not changed).
I am so disappointed and angry. Call to the front desk, they said the room cleaner left home, ask someone to bring us a new blanket and ask me to CHANGE MYSELF. I did it and guest what? We have a king size bed, they brought me a twin sized bedsheet!
In this covid-19 period, isn't making sure room is clean and everything is sanitised is the most priority for a Hotel?! I took all the pictures for the dirts and stain on my phone. Kept as evidences.
