The property itself is quite nice and clean. Close to Shin-Osaka Station, but there isn't much else in the area.
Actual size is extremely small. Our group of four walked in and I immediately felt a sinking feeling. It was not comfortable for us - four adults with luggage. There barely enough room on the floor to lay the futons. We stayed for three nights, but two of us decided to spend the final night somewhere else just to have some space.
The washing machine with built in dryer was very convenient since most of the time Japan has no dryers.
Overall I would recommend this place for a solo traveler or a couple, but it is too small for four people and my travel companions were quite annoyed at me for booking this place when we saw it in person.

It was very new and modern place. A drug store across the street and convenience store across the street. Some restaurants are on the way to the Shin-Osaka and Higashi mikuni station. I especially like the small bakery by the Higashi mikuni station. The place is just missing a TV.
