Be sure to visit this place when you are in the Muslim district. The food is good, prices are reasonable. Locals eat there, so you know it's not a tourist dive. Be prepared to point and gesture if you don't speak Chinese. They might have an old menu with pictures, but be aware that the prices are only updated on the menu under the glass table top (no pictures on that one). The best advice is to go with a local that can order for you. They have a pepper beef dish with fries on a sizzling platter - try that for sure.
