My family and I ate here right before I flew back to the US. I love this restaurant. It’s Central Asian cuisine but some Russian food as well.
I had borsch, of course, then a cheese kutab, which is like a quesadilla only thinner with goat cheese filling. I had plov, a rice, carrot, lamb & spices casserole that is made in a wok-type skilled. It’s kind of like paella but much much better. Finally, I had two lamb shishkebabs. Lamb is a lean meat so they sandwiched a square of fat between each chunk to add flavor and moisture
I’m never disappointed in this restaurant
