I know it's hard to maintain a seaside property and this hotel is no different. The hotel needs a total makeover. Rooms smelled moldy that stuck to my clothes. Toilet is quite clean but really old and dingy. The air-conditioner was not cooling well and we asked for an electric fan in the rooms to compensate for this.

Service is okay. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast is good with extensive selection.

I would recommend if the hotel is not too old. I hope they would have free shuttle to and from the airport.

Leisure environment and luxury room, breakfast is great with big choice. Only the hotel looks a bit old but still acceptable. location is okay but only drawback that is you have to walk 5 min if you do not take taxi or own transport. I can say one of best hotel in Davao city with affordable price.

The resort is clean and picturesque but it is old. No elevator. The bathroom is rusty, even the first rush of the water. The beach is dirty. The water in the pool is not clear and smells of too much chlorine.

Electricity went on and off. Fridge was locked! When we arrived and leaved the room, there's a bed foam at the hallway. The WiFi's weak. Unlike some hotels, staff doesn't greet you ( even sein you coming out of your room or passing by at the hallway) we only experienced it from the receptionist at the reception area.

the place was quite and has an atmosphere of a resort because of the beach front and the big swimming pool. breakfast was also good because it has a lot of choices.but the corridor going to the rooms smells like stinky. hope u can do something about it . thank you.
