Came on the recomendation of others for these great soup dumplings. Theirs are smaller and easier to eat but most importantly they're very good. Other dishes were good too. Although busy service was quick and efficient. Can understand why they're a popular chain

I gave Din Tai Fung a 3 the first time I went almost 2 years ago. I still give it the same rating today.

Of course we ordered the pork xia long bao once again. It's good but can't distinguish tue difference from Shi Lin or Lugang Cafe.

Their fried pork chop is dry and bland while their fried noodle and beef is just so-so.

I like how service is fast though which is required to get a higher turnover rate. Service is a 4 star, food only 3 stars.

Ambience
This branch is really wide with an abundance of seats. Don't be fooled though 'cuz it looks like they can still get full especially during peak hours. Some seats are available at the store front for the queue and you can watch their crew prepare the XLB / Xiao Long Bao, with high steps available for curious kids. They offer bag storage blanket style. Inside, I almost got dizzy watching the divider slowly move down in my peripheral view.

Food
Crispy Beef Strips were enjoyable and the sweetness reminded me of sweet and sour dishes.

Crispy Shrimp and Pork Wontons were packed, making each filling bite worth every peso. The coating was insanely addicting to chew through!

Mango Sago With Pomelo was so-so. The pomelo didn't add that much flavor to the mango, and the mango was milky instead of the "mango shake" type I'm so used to already.

Mushroom Fried Rice can be a standalone dish already. It's very delicious and addicting as well.

Service
Their service is consistently impressive just like their BGC branch. Calling a staffer is usually easy and the tracking of food is very orderly. If you order dessert, they'll proactively ask if you want it served later. Waiting time is always reasonable and the payment system is also excellent.

The noodle soups were great (fresh and hot) and the xiao long bao too. But they almost forgot about my shrimp and pork noodle soup. Had to follow up when my friend was halfway wih his vegetarian noodle soup. Still coming back though.
