“a great & very safe place to stay in Baguio”
Reviewed 18 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Europa Villas is such a convenient place to stay in for a big family (8 adults + 3kids) like ours. We felt like we're staying at our owned place because it was fully furnished with excellent wifi connections (which the kids enjoyed so much) and super nice security guard posted on each villas. Also the warm welcome from May and the most trustworthy tour guide Fernan made our stay most memorable. A very safe place to stay while away from home.

“Perfect”
Reviewed 21 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

I booked this place for our Baguio trip to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday, and stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. From the start, May was very accommodating and patiently answered all my questions and assisted me when we nearly had to cancel due to an avoidable mishap. Good thing it wasn't cancelled! She promptly replied to text messages and answered our calls, and even recommended a better route since there was an on-going construction at Kennon Road and traffic was really heavy. May and her husband greeted us at the entrance when we arrived, and even our friends who arrived later than us didn't have any issue getting in since she made sure the details of their arrival was communicated to the security officers.

Europa is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the noise of the city. You will not be disturbed by noisy vehicles passing by. The security guards from the main entrance are so polite, and each villa has its own assigned security guard who are very friendly and polite too. Security inside is not an issue. There was a playground and an outside barbecue area. Travelling from Europa to Baguio's attraction is not an issue since it is still close to Baguio's attraction. We didn't have to use our car. Whenever we needed to go out, we just asked the guard to get a cab for us and it'll pick us up right in front of the villa. Chaya, which is famous for Japanese food is just a few steps away from the entrance.

Europa is perfectly accommodated our family of 8 and 6 friends (+3 kids)! The rooms are great, the beds are clean, even the linen and pillows. The bathrooms? Immaculately clean and the smell is really. All 3 rooms (2 huge ones and 1 small) had their own bathroom with hot and cold water. There is 1 big balcony perfect for those drinking sessions, and the smaller ones for each of the big rooms are perfect so you can let the cool breeze of Baguio in. The kitchen has complete cooking utensils, working stove, microwave and thermos. Purified water was provided, and the water dispenser has 3 functions (hot, cold, normal). There is also an exhaust so if you choose to cook, the smell will not spread throughout the house (We cooked dinner on our 2nd night and breakfast on the 3rd).

Overall, we had a very relaxing and fun stay! This house is highly recommended!

“Great place to stay in Baguio”
Reviewed 21 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

From the moment I made the inquiry and booking on TripAdvisor, it was such a breeze to get in touch with May. She was so patient answering all my queries regarding the place. When we arrived, the place was immaculately clean, all the beds were comfortable including the small room. The apartment was big enough for 12 people. 2 bedrooms were huge. Small bedroom, the bunk beds mattress was just as comfy as the mattresses of the 2 huge rooms. All bedrooms have their own toilet and bath. May was such a gracious host.
Thank you!!! Two thumbs up! Would definitely book and stay here when we return to Baguio.
Cheers!

“First Family Trip in Baguio”

We were planning to rent Baguio Transient home but unfortunately we got bumped off. But it turned out we had a better place to stay. After an inquiry, the owners immediately replied and they were always available for any questions. We reserved thru bank remittance and the transaction is guaranteed safe. My family, in-laws & my sister's family stayed in this unit for 5 days. And all of us enjoyed the place so much. Thanks to the owners of this place for sharing their home to guests.
This place was as advertised. It was spacious and clean, as in fresh linen, no insects/pests, spotless toilets. I love the decor & accents in the unit itself. The choice of the owners is impeccable. The kitchen equipment is high-end and I adore the chandelier in the living area, changes color..so cute. The location was accessible to any place you want to visit in Baguio. Never mind the usual traffic in Baguio, it was a relief that this vacation rental is at the heart of Baguio city but not in the midst of the noisy & crowded downtown. No need to use the electric fan provided since you get to enjoy the cool breeze from the pine trees. May and her husband were very helpful. Manong security guard was also very courteous and helpful. The compound had 24 hour security which makes it very safe. All the kitchen utilities were available, plus there is free drinking water. We only had to buy supplies from nearby SM supermarket or to downtown wet/dry market. Though we had trouble with the hot/cold water in the shower, May & hubby were always ready to assist. This place is truly recommendable to big families or a large group of friends. The location is accessible yet in the midst of pine trees. Normally the choice of location is either in the city or far from it, but with this place, you get both options. Given the time, we would definitely come back and stay at this place & bring other relatives even. Note:Trust the photos in this advert, it is the same when you visit the place.
