We stayed in Baguio last July 2 to 8. We stayed at 3 differrent hotels & on our last nyt we stayed at RIDGEWOOD HOTEL made a reservation tru phone at 4 am. It was a on the spot decision because we are not ready to leave yet and want another day extension. Ridgewood Hotel is cozy, quiet, has good ambiance and the food is great also. So what more can you ask for? If you want to travel around Baguio you can request for a grab car at the front desk, how convenient is that! And the lady manager is very very nice too, Ms. Rita Maria Calalang ( soft spoken lady ) Thank you Ma'am for the accomodation. Hotel rates is reasonable, rooms are nice big and clean including the bath rooms. So there you are ladies and gentlemen if you are going to baguio you chk is hotel out. They will assist all your needs.

Room Tip: every room is great

My friends and I went to Ridgewood for lunch and we also took a peek into their some of their rooms.

First off, the lunch. Wow, everything tasted delicious! The dishes had some interesting names too, such as Hubaderang Lumpia (naked lumpia) and Threesome. My favorite was the Ka Cesar Salad (a Filipino twist to the Caesar's salad) and the Pambansang Lumpia, which uses adobo white sauce instead of typical carbonara sauce. Our group really loved everything we put into our mouth!

As for the rooms, they were comfortable and spacious. Had the amenities and toiletries you need plus some good views. The interior of the restaurant area was especially appealing to me due to the high ceilings, large glass windows, and lots of wood all around. Loved this hotel!

The place is nice. Our family room which costs us 6,200 i think is not worth it. There is an extra bed (parang yung bed sa ward ng hospital) Cr needs detailed cleaning. Shower room with slime. Pero the room is malinis...our beddings feels soft and comfortable.
Breakfast complimentary eggst9 ino and fried rice with adobo. Ok lang. Wala lang silang vegatable or salad bar. We expected na we are in baguio so dapat generpus sa fruits and vegetables. Typical pinoy breakfast buffet. Nothing special.
But our overall stay is good. I will only give 2 stars in this hotel.

so far i enjoyed my stay at the hotel but it really needs an improvement specially the rooms like bedsheets, etc its really old, but despite of that what ti love is the ambiance. its a homy feeling and its just near some tourist spots like the mansion, wright park, minesview park, botanical garden, etc.

stayed over the weekend with my hubby. booked a couple room with veranda but reservations called and advised that they do not have available room with veranda anymore and they will just lower down the rate which i agreed.
upon checkin the receptionist is not even aware that the room i booked was not fully paid yet. i even reminded her and gave my card. she told me that there is a room with veranda already and agreed to pay what i booked.
when we entered the room. she gave us 2 single beds. to my dismay i informed the room attendant to transfer us to a king size bed. the front desk knew that im staying with my husband and insisted a room with veranda even if the room has 2 single beds. she does not know how to anticipate guest preference.
and take note i paid the room with veranda. she did not even credit the excess payment i made even if it's just a small amount of penny.
the room itself looks old. the paint in the room is peeling off.
breakfast is so so. imagine fried shrimps for breakfast. is not a good idea.
the only thing i like is the lobby ambiance. thats it.
i might consider looking for other hotel next time.

Hi!

If you could give us the name of the Front Desk Clerk who assisted you (from reservation to check-in), that will be appreciated. This is so we can make a formal inquiry about the incident you have just posted and to improve our services.

Thank you for your review.
