I was here almost ten years ago and way back then, it was already considered a little dated. However, when I returned this time, there is no doubt that it needs some repairs and refinishing. The paints are chipping, the carpet old, linens and towels are not that white anymore. The shower head was even damaged when we stayed there but maintenance man was able to fix it. There was no phone inside the room so you have to get down if you need anything. For whatever reason, the pillows were wrapped inside the bed sheet so these were fixed there. Forget wifi connection as it was very slow, if you would be able to connect. However, for the cheap price, you will like its location which is very accessible, the room is big, and the bathroom spacious enough with a bath tub. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which offers good food at affordable price.

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony face the street so it gets noisy. Better opt for the rooms on the back side.

The Good: It is not expensive. It is located just behind Burnham Park and near banks, Mercury Drug, 7-11, Mcdonalds, Jollibee and other restaurants. Their own Chinese restaurant serves good food. Tip if you stay there on New Year's Eve, they serve free Media Noche and they have their own fireworks display. They have ample parking.

The Bad. It's old. Looks like it was built in the 1980s and it seems they have not done any renovation since then. The dark lighting and the color of the walls add to its old vibe. Since it is in Baguio, they do not have airconditioning so you have to open your windows. However, it is in a busy street so you will have a problem with the noise and the smoke coming from the traffic outside. If the hotel will book you on the third floor ask first if the elevator is working.

This hotel has two types of accommodation: hotel and apartelle. My family and I stayed at the appartelle last December. It has two rooms, a mini kitchen, and a small living room. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located near Burnham Park and Orchidarium. Along the street where jt is located, you'll find a bank, restaurants, and a drug store, among others.

What this hotel needs to improve on are their comfort rooms (a bit outdated) and bedrooms (they need to replace the old beds and clean the curtain/windows).

Well, I didn't expect much and I believe that did well for me because there really wasn't much to expect. My family and I went for a short family vacation and we stayed in this hotel at Room 302 (non-smoking). It was considered a standard room with balcony. The room's door was quite a challenge to unlock. The room's lighting was a bit low, but it's better illuminated during daytime. The hot and cold shower works fine, but you need to wait a few seconds/minutes to get the hot water going. The room's space and beds were enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (my daughters are 10 and 6). There's no A/C, but it was cold when we stayed here so it's okay. There's a simple city view. The room has limited sockets. Good thing there's no cockroach or other creepy crawlers. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The food is nothing exceptional, but it's alright to fill your tummies and give you energy to move about. You'll get what you paid for. The place is accessible to public transport and different tourist spots. It's walking distance to Burnham Park, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Baguio Market, and other city spots.

Room Tip: For standard rooms, it's better to choose one with a balcony like what we did. It has a better view.

1st new! The staffs are hospitable with a smile, in their restaurant Wow the waitress almost run to serve you walking distance to the park and the city, one thing only hope they'll vacum the room floors before you use it & better if you can't hear the noises to the other room...
