The hotel is a good place to stay. Close to Burnham Park, close to the night life of Baguio. Its a crazy designed hotel. Good place to stay but should be the last choice. It is expensive for amenities that is average. There are better hotels in Baguio.

A week ago we booked at bloomfield hotel for 3days and 2nights.We paid the balance upon arrival. We checked in here 6yrs ago.We comeback because of it's good location for everything. We arrived before 12pm at the hotel,we appreciated they accepted us for an early check in.

Upon entering the room,no disposable slippers ready..we requested it twice. No toothbrush and toopaste, good thing we brought our own.Since the slippers were easily broken,we requested for another pair on second day and the bellboy knocked the door and gave us new one together with toothbrush and toothpaste. Curtains were dusty.

Free breakfast were inclusive on 3days,but we only had our breakfast once.Coffee makes our day better but theirs is too bitter. We requested for 2sets of longganisa meal,we noticed the fried rice was not good..It's kinda wet.longganisa is ok.We didn't finished our breakfast. We decided to eat outside.

Lastly, room key card malfunction upon returning the hotel on saturday night. We couldn't open our room.Which provoked us for our complaint. No intercom at 4th floor, we need to used the elevator. Very hassle! We're looking the manager that time but according to Ms.nikki, the manager was not there. We're very dismayed during our stay.

Staffs were chatting in the reception area. They smiled like robots.

We spent four nights at the Bloomfield. The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk and the security guard. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The downside was the noise. Our rooms were on the B level-- two floors down from main. So we had no windows at all. That said, there was an air shaft that brought noise up from the garage level at all hours and the staff have their work room a few doors down from us, and there is a door to the outside there too. Chatter begins by 5 AM and goes in to the night. A bit much for me. My father is hard of hearing and he had no complaints!! The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, the public market, banks, SM, etc.

Not clean. Check under the bed, then you’ll know if housekeeping really is doing their job. Staff need customer service training. They don’t even smile. They only offer set meals so you may opt to have breakfast outside the hotel.

We stayed only overnight just to attend a friend's wedding and we were not dissapointed with this one. We arrived baguio 5am and asked at 6am what time is earliest time we can check in, we were prepared to pay extra as we wanted to get rest. The receptionist told us the room will be available at 9am as the previous guest have checked out already. We came back at 9:15 and we were ushered to our room by Mr. Jomar. It was a great stay, everyone was polite and service was in their mind, it is clear that they have proper customer service training. The breakfast was also delicious.

Room Tip: Choose rooms at the basement level. The hotel is in front of SM and you might be disturbed by the noise.
