Whenever I come here for a visit, I make sure that I reserve a room here. Great accommodation and reliable staff, whether you go out with your family, your partner or your friends, their rooms are spacious and comfortable!

A friend and I checked in early Monday (22 May) at 1:00am. We had no booking and got a room at Basement 1. We stayed 2 nights, check out 10am Tuesday (23 May).
Here are the positives: fantastic wifi, 5-star location, great coffee at Patch Cafe, ambience was cosy and warm, all in all a very decent hotel at reasonable rates.
Unfortunately our stay was tarnished when we wanted to walk around Baguio but it was raining. To cut a long story short, the hotel staff were not helpful and rather reluctant to lend us an umbrella. They finally, after some persuasion, let us use one. We bought another outside. When we returned that umbrella and thanked him, the doorman was rather sarcastic...he said, "Well done!"
So, yes, thank you for your warm Filipino hospitality.

Room Tip: Try the upper floors, not basement.

This is located just 5 minutes from Session road. Our queries via internet were addressed impressively. The rates are affordable, the rooms and bathrooms are spick and span. Guards, receptionists and café crew were so approachable.

Excellent for a "no-star" hotel.

Service is like a 4-star hotel. They immediately address our special requests like additional blankets, moving of bed, daily cleaning of room, etc.

Room is spacious for 3 people (Superior Deluxe). Bathroom size is good enough. Bed is just okay, a little hard for me. Aircon is too cold, though, since the vent is not working properly. We have to lower thermostat always.

Patch Cafe is above average. Their milk shakes are DELICIOUS! Music is good.

Location is excellent. Just in front of SM, near the Cathedral, and jollibee, 7-11 etc.

Would stay here again.
