We all went through hardship during this covid 19 pandemic including Maritim Belle Mare; they took on more than they could handle and as a result their quality suffered. This is not the Maritim that we are all used to. Their customer relations officer Dini compassionately acknowledged our issues and addressed them with the utmost understanding. She was able to negotiate a suitable solution and was able to win us back as loyal customers.
Our second visit was everything and more of what we expected from Maritim Belle Mare. Excellent service and great food. The staff made us feel important and special. This is what sets them apart from all the other hotels and the reason that keeps on coming back. More
