I booked two consecutive nights but because of personal reasons, I could only stay on the second night. I didn't receive any notice that a No-Show would lead to an automatic cancellation of my booking, and I didn't receive a cancellation email after my booking was indeed canceled. Therefore, when we arrived with our small kids at the hotel on the second day, we were told that no room was available for us (the hotel was obviously not fully booked), which was a terrible surprise for us. Although the front desk eventually managed to arrange a room for us after we suggested to talk to the manager on this issue, the experience was ruined. We think the hotel is very new and has a high quality, but please consider to improve the booking and cancellation process for the customers.
