- perfect location: close to everything yet a bit distant from the main street where the sunday market is held, which makes this place convenient and calm at the same time. sound of airplanes might bother you though..

and one more: Sabah tourism office is just in front of the hotel, which is the meeting place of Amazing Borneo Tour's mountain climing.

Kind staffs: they borrowed us umbrellas and traveller's adaptor and they took care of our luggage while we were out of town for the mountain climing. and they even broke our 100 RM!

ariving KK at midnight, this was our first hotel and it was just perfect choice for us.

It is boutique hotel with spacious rooms particularly the Suites. For the great space, it is value for money. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. Do not expect to enjoy any of its facilities, however.

The hotel is located at the heart of Jalan Gaya, the Central Business District of Kota Kinabalu. Shopping malls, eateries and retail outlets are within reach on foot steps. Transportation mean is easy and convenient. It takes about 10 minutes walk to Jesselton Point for tourists who love to go on islands-hopping.

Room Tip: high floors

Example of room only facility that offers good service, spacious rooms, and well maintained facility.

It does not offer a gym, restaurant, coffee in the lobby, or pool. If you are on budget this is a great find.

This hotel worked well for us when we were in KK. It's in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and places on all sides of us. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the rooms were big and comfortable, and they even provided the Borneo newspaper on every floor. I'd highly recommend it if you are in town for a quick visit like we were, between nature tours, for business, or if you want to spend more time checking out the city and area. This hotel is great!
