We chose the hotel because it was close to the Nihon-Odori Station and 10 minutes walk to the Port. The staff were polite and professional. The room was unbelievably small for the price we paid. We had to walk down a corridor and turn left into another corridor past the bathroom to find the bed. We had to place our suitcases in the corridors as there was no room to put them anywhere else. The room and bathroom were clean and were OK for one night. The breakfast room was bright and clean, and the included breakfast buffet was mainly Japanese items but we managed to find enough coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, breads, eggs to sate our appetites. Checkout was smooth.

The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the Princess cruise terminal. The morning of our cruise we just walked there with our luggage. The room was on the small side, but it was clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and spoke English.

We stayed at this hotel the night before a cruise leaving from Yokohama. The hotel is located within a few minute walk of exit #3 of the Nihon-odori subway station and about a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship pier. Check in at the hotel was very efficient and our room was very clean and functional although a bit on the small side. There is a tea kettle in the room and a small refrigerator. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the buffet had a good selection of western and Japanese foods - coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, breads, eggs, potatoes, salad, and Japanese food that I couldn't identify. The food was good and plentiful. Before we went to the cruise pier we wanted to go to Tokyo for awhile, so we checked out of the hotel and had them keep our luggage until we were ready to check in at the pier. It was no problem - they held our luggage for no charge and we retrieved it before heading for the ship. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and spoke English much better than we spoke Japanese. We would stay here again if we returned to Yokohama.

Room Tip: Get a room on one of the upper floors as they are probably quieter.

Nice Hotel, The Room is clean and spacious for family with one 2 years old baby. The Hotel is near to Yamashita Park and Yokohama China Town and it is also near to Train Station.

Check In time is strictly at 2.00 pm and Check out at 11.00 am. I requested early check-in at the frontdesk however we decided not to do it because it cost 1000 Yen to check in at 1.00 pm.

This hotel has the appearance of a main stream hotel from outside and lobby - but it is a budget hotel with rooms on the smaller side (at least mine was.) Your suitcase will have to go under a bed for there is little storage area. Twin room may feel crowded if staying multiple days. Bathroom has one of those fantastic Japanese electronic toilet seats which helped convince me to install one in my Maryland home. I should have done it years ago. Location is superb being near the enjoyable Yamashita Park, the Osanbashi Cruise Ship Terminal, Chinatown (lots of restaurants and stores), the great Yokohama World Porters Mall (recommended), a ferris wheel, museums, additional parks and train stations (Kannai & Nihon-Odori). Great for Cruise Ship travelers who are spending a night in Yokohama before getting on their cruise ship the next day. You can easily walk to the pier, but dragging suitcases wouldn't be suggested (although I saw some who did just that.) However taking an inexpensive taxi would be more appropriate, especially considering that to get to the Cruise Terminal you will experience an up hill climb.
