The captain of our cruise ship said we would have a five foot clearance as we made our way under the Yokohama Bay Bridge on our recent visits there. As we went under, it looked closer than five feet, but I know he wouldn't take any chances. We did have to wait in port one time for the tide to go out so we could leave. All in all, it's a pretty sight to see as we sail under and say, "Sayonara, Yokohama."
