It is an amazing hotel, really good location. Only 10 minutes away from the airport. Free airport shuttle, with super nice and friendly driver who speaks good English. Introducing the tourist attraction places though the way to the hotel. It was a very good impression.

We stayed there for 5 days. It was really good, my kid love the pool at the villa. And very close access to the hotel pool and the hotel.

Tried the BBQ dinner buffet on weekend, good ambience with DJ, fresh seafood and good service for both the chefs and the service staffs. Standard drinks were buy one get one free, which is really good. Only US$3 for a beer.

The room is really good, there were 8 of us with 4 rooms, we did lucky draw for the room. The one who lose get to pick last. Which is the room on the basement, it’s more like an amah room. No individual room for the shower, when you shower, the whole toilet is wet. And the air conditioning is rather noisy. Which was only fixed after we asked to. But shouldn’t everything been checked before we checked in?

We ordered room service, it was ok. Pizza was nice and hot, but the French fries was cold and the milkshake we ordered were kind of melted, that became very thin. Will not recommend you to order room service. The worst thing is the dirty plates were left right outside of our main door at the villa for 2 days. It was only clear off when we asked to.

The worst thing that happened to us was the housekeeping left our villa door open after they cleaned the villa. We saw them coming in to clean just before we left the door, at around 10am. Than found out in the evening at around 10pm that the door was left open. It was left open for all this time, surely have doubt in the security. So we called to operator to ask what was going on. No sympathy was shown by them, instead they challenge us by asking “Are you sure you have closed the door when you left? And what time did the housekeeping come in?” This is ridicules.  So we sent an email to inform the upper management of such case. A manager came and explain to us the situation and offered us half price for the dinner buffet plus the free airport shuttle. But than we realized the shuttle was free anyway, why she say she offered?
Than we received another email for explaining such case, was even worse. No apologies were given for such incident happened. And said the question operator asked were their standard. This really shocked me. And the email supposed to be a follow up email. And the hotel was supposed to managed by Accor group.

Seafood was a must thing in Da Nang. So we asked the front desk where we can buy good seafood, she recommended us a “cheap and nice” place to buy. Wrote the address on the map and said it’s closed at 7pm, you can take your time. So we took the buggy back to the villa, the driver was nicely asked where we are planning to go, so we told him. Than he suggested another place for us, we nicely rejected him and said we prefer to go to the one front desk recommended us. We got the staff and plan to go to the seafood market; the same buggy driver took us to the reception to take taxi. He persuaded us again to go to the place he recommended. We said No. Than right before we got on the taxi, he said the place we planned to go is closed (but the front desk lady said it was supposed to close at 7pm), than we told him we insist to go no matter. He than said something to the taxi driver, and we got on and left. Luckily my husband got a map with him, so he sort of know the direction we are heading to. The taxi driver took us to this place and stop. People from the shop came and open the taxi door. It was sure not the place we asked to go. So we shown the map to the taxi driver, finally seems like he took us to the right place. With the double amount of the fare as we wasn’t sure if it was the buggy driver who ask him to take us there. Anyways, in the end we got to this big seafood restaurant place to buy seafood. So we asked the price of the crab, it was US$110 per kg. The front desk said it was, but to us surely is not. (Where a bowl on rice noodle at the market is only US$2, I can’t believe this is cheap.)
Seems like the buggy driver gets commission if we go to the place her recommended, otherwise he won’t push us too hard.  This is really bad image for such 5 stars hotel.

We don’t know too well of Da nang, we asked the front desk to recommend us to go to some day tour. So she recommends us to go My Son and Hoi An city in two half days tour. First day was to My Son. Than the second day was Hoi An city. She never explained to us clearly that when we go to My Son we will have lunch in Hoi An city. It was 45mins ride from the hotel to My Son. Why didn’t explain to us that we should go to both places on the same day?

I think anything related to money, especially refer to the third party, you have to be extra careful in this place. Other than that, it’s all good.

Apart from the above incident and the way the way the staffs did the service recovery. I will highly recommend you to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is kept really nicely and really good location. Less than 10 mins to Lotte Mart, 10 mins to Big C. I will definitely go back again if I get an better explanations on all of the incidents.

Dear Travelmamalovetoeat,

I certainly am sad to see that overall you were disappointed by most of the team here and even at the market. It is a bit of a shock as reading all the comments from our various guest, our team is always pointed out as our best asset and service is a priority for us. As for the market, each outside market probably has about a few hundreds sellers of fish and seafood, so I assure you that none of our staff receives a possible commission by the overall sellers of seafood. As you rightfully mentioned, rice among other meals is very cheap as Vietnam is a huge producer of rice and it is part of every meal. However, seafood vary enormously from fish to actual seafood. Crab (some varieties) and lobster for example, are certainly very expensive. We select our best choices in our outlets at the resort, but we certainly cannot guarantee or control anything outside the resort.

As you suggested, I would be delighted that you come back at the resort, please let me know personally. Again, as you can read comments from our guest, they usually have exceptional experiences, especially from the service. Therefore, I would be happy that we have the chance to make you experience it perfectly the next time.

Until then, please accept my most sincere regards,

Jean-Francois B

We spent 4 nights here and we are impressed with the villa. We had an oceanfront, private pool 4-bedroom villa which was immensely huge even for 8 adults. The villa has 2 living rooms upstairs and downstairs with large balcony overlooking the sea. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Each bedroom comes with safe deposit box and large TV. The villa provides housekeeping service everyday and I must said they did a very good job. The compound of the resort comes with beautiful landscape and lush greenery.

Had dinner at the seafood restaurant and breakfast at the Lemongrass. The selection of food and the taste need improvement. The other complain we had was the pillows were way too soft and caused aching neck. As for the kitchen, they could have provided some kitchen or dish towels.

We must commend all the staff on their friendliness and welcoming attitude, always ready to help with a smile, especially Thuy whom were assigned to take care of our stay.

All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and will be happy to return.

My wife and I are on a one month tour of Vietnam and Thailand and about to leave Danang travelling to Saigon.
We booked the Premier Village and Danang resort which is situated on its own delightful section of beach and right inside the perimeter of Danang town that has a population of over 1 million. Plenty of history about the town which was heavily fought over in the Vietnam war especially the airport. The beach is actually what was called China bay use d for relaxation by the American troops. Hoi An is 25 minute drive away and is a must if you visit Vietnam . It has now been declared a world heritage site and really comes alive after 6 pm at night.
The Premier Village is very well placed with an easy stroll to local shops and restaurants. The villas are huge and modern with their own decent size pool and a beautifully kept garden area. These villas really will surprise you as they provide everything you want including very comfortable beds. The main pool is huge with swim up bar service and well priced snacks. Next to this is the fish restaurant which is very plush and genuine Vietnam. The main Lemon grass restaurant is good for breakfast.
The best bit is the professionalism, politeness and attentiveness of the staff. We were assigned Ms Bich Ngoc ( meaning blue pearl) who was there at the airport when we arrived and departed. Every trip we did she was outside waiting for us to get back. She stranded golf carts to take us back to our villa and phoned or visited us everyday helping to plan our site seeing. In her enthusiasm for her job she literally runs to get things done sometimes with a skip to show she is enjoying the chance to help. Maybe some of our more established London hotels ,clubs and eating houses could learn a lesson from her and up their game in giving customer service that really surprises the customer. All the staff are very polite and enjoy testing out their English so be prepared to undertake lots of conversations.
This was a great six days of our tour and a very enjoyable one.

Five of us stayed at this villa from May 14 to 17, our first time to Danang, we checked in at Premier Village with no expectation. We booked a 3 bedroom villa online. The front desk staff was very courteous and attentive, we arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning, we were told our room was not ready yet. In less than 1/2 hour, a staff informed us our villa is ready, I guess it's their low season. The Villa offers buggy service to drive their guests around the property.
When we were on the buggy passing by the villas, we were so impressed with the property, it felt so much like home, all the villas are detached 3 storey houses. The plants and trees were meticulously manicured.
Our Villa was located in a cul-de-sac, very close to the beach. When we walked in, we couldn't believe how spacious the living room was. It's a split level home, on the ground level, there's a bathroom and a good sized kitchen, you walked up about 10 steps to a generous size bedroom, and continued up another flight of stairs to a huge ensuite bedroom, the 3rd bedroom was located on the top floor. The 4th bedroom was in the basement, which was locked, because we only needed 3 bedrooms.
All villas have it's own plunge pool, decent size. From our villa, it only took 1 minute to walk to the beach. The weather was perfect during the days when we were there, blue sky, light breeze, and the sand is so soft and clean. Hotel staff constantly sweeping up the garbage on the beach.
Breakfast buffet offered many choices from Western to local cuisines. For couples who are looking for peace & quiet, you may find it a bit noisy with many small kids running around the restaurant, but a paradise for families with children staying here.
A special mention about our host Hang, who took care of all our needs from the beginning of our stay till the minute we got in our taxi to leave for the airport. To give you an example of her attentive service, I was at the beach bar calling the front desk to ask about booking their shuttle bus to Hoi An, 5 minutes later, Hang came to look for us at the poolside offering us more information about the shuttle bus service.

We stayed in Premier Village Da Nang in 30/4 - 1/5 holiday and the experience was great. That was my 2nd time there, the first time was when it just opened 2 years ago so I can see a big difference. Tree and plants are growing fast and well cared. Room are spacious and the staffs are helful as well.

We love the beach-front pool. However, the drinks weren't good enough. We ordered in happy hour with half price, so that's ok.

The resort is one of the closest to city center, makes transporting a lot easier.

One recommendation for management team: please make a roof for parking area. I can't stand the truth that while I'm staying in a comfortable room, my beloved car has to park in middle of nowhere.

Overall, it was a good experience.
