We stayed for seven nights and wish it could have been longer. Friendly staff and great service. The hotel is on the river, with beautiful, well kept gardens. Very close to Hoi An Ancient Town. Highly recommend.

Lovely Hotel off the beaten track. Clean and friendly staff. Food excellent. Great facilities. Hoi An was quite full on so it was nice to retreat to this hotel for a breather ! Would highly recommend.

Very helpful and accommodating hotel with a great pool! They arranged last minute tours for us during a busy season, which is not easy. The breakfast was ample and quite good. Our room was large and quiet, with a lovely pool and riverside view.

Room Tip: I think poolside is best.

The bed was huge, maybe 8 ft. Lovely spacious rooms, big bathroom, spotless clean. Staff always so friendly and obliging. Around the pool, as soon as beds were vacated, staff removed the towels, no hogging beds for the whole day and disappearing. Plenty of bar staff on hand for poolside service which is very reasonably priced. Breakfast could be enjoyed inside or out.

Just one little niggle - not enough sun beds some days. Maybe more could be purchased and placed in the gardens at the back lf the pool by the river.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to night market and old town, but far enough away that it's peaceful and quiet. Food at the restaurant was great, even the buffet breakfast which changed things up enough to not get stale after four days.

The biggest downside is the wifi. In a word, terrible. Hopefully you aren't counting on internet connectivity to post all those lantern pics on Instagram. In 2018, bad wifi is really just not acceptable.

The kids play area was also a bit disappointing, dirty and dilapidated. It wasn't a huge selling point for us staying there, but if you are going to have one you should make sure it is clean and safe for kids to actually use.

Everything else about this place was great, including the amazing friendly and helpful staff. Just fix that wifi!

Room Tip: Pool/Ocean facing views were excellent!
