We spent three very relaxing days enjoying the beautiful Boutique Hoi An Resort. So glad we decided to end our tour of Cambodia and Vietnam here. The grounds were exquisitely manicured and the atmosphere quiet and calming. The South China Sea was a bit rough on the days we were there but the beach still provided a relaxing place to spend an afternoon with lunch and bar service provided. The large infinity pool was a short walk up from the beach and it was cool and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful even bringing an umbrella out to the pool bar where we were stranded in a drenching downpour. Breakfast was an absolutely perfect selection of fresh fruits, rolls, breads, and pastries as well as an egg station for omelets and pancakes. There were also Vietnamese offerings of noodles and rice and everything you would expect to find in a 5 star resort breakfast buffet. A free shuttle was provided to take us into town and there was a tailor and shoe making shop on premise in the resort lobby where I had a pair of shoes made for me in a days time. Impressive.
The resort also was very accommodating of our late departure. We both agreed at the end of our short stay we would definitely return here if we came back to Vietnam.
On another note should you go, make a point to go into the old town of Hoi An. It's lovely and unique.

We booked a Delux room expecting a view of the garden as indicated on the web - our view from the third floor was of a radio mast and made the balcony we had thought we would use very unattractive. The room though spacious, was "sterile" in decor. The reception staff gave us a hard sell on the in house tailor , and were unhelpful when we requested an alternative room. I was made to feel awkward when I requested a second key - and told I would have to pay if I lost it!
Overall the service provided by this hotel is below par and I believe this starts at the front desk...who tend to be offhand. We had a parcel delivered - there was no effort to let us know it had arrived and when we asked for it to be delivered to our room we were told we could pick it up ourselves from the front desk.
It is a shame that a hotel in a good location with quite good amenities is let down by management.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a garden view / pool view

Enjoyed our 4 night stay at this lovely resort. We had a lovely room with ocean view. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. We did not purchase our drinks from resort as they were expensive compared to the little shop just out the front and the shack on the beach. Utilised the free bus into Hoi An, but caught a taxi back 100,000 vnd. Lovely seafood restaurant across the road. Enjoyed being away from all the hustle of town.

Stayed 5 nights at this lovely resort and no complaints - I struggle to understand some of the negative reviews. The resort is clean and spacious and does not feel crowded - pool is great with plenty of room. Access to the beach was perfect - nice to have the beach so close. Staff were friendly and obliging, but you were not harassed or made to feel as if you were an inconvenience. Room was clean and well serviced. Disappointing that the main restaurant did not focus on traditional Vietnamese meals, but was ok. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range to choose from. Shuttle bus was efficient (do agree that the last bus could be extended by 1 hr but taxis are cheap.) Not really a resort - no activities or entertainment in the evening, bot not a problem.
I really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely accommodation - in fact, I would look forward to it!

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon around Vietnam. We were upgraded on arrival due to our honeymoon which was great. The greeting was very pleasant, with cold towels and fresh cold drinks on arrival. We were shown to our room which we very happy with, it was clean and spacious with a good view. They hotel had left a little cake saying happy honeymoon which was a nice touch. The breakfast has a great selection and very tasty. The pool was lovely and relaxed, we enjoyed spending time here. Food however at the pool is overpriced for all you get, we did not eat an evening meal so I cannot comment on price or selection. Staff were also very friendly, especially the housekeeping staff!!! Would recommend anyone to stay here.
