Good bits:
- Good location on the promenade, next to watersports and other shops / restaurants
- Spacious rooms with great views (if you get sea view, high floor)
- Beautiful pool, grounds & private beach
- Quality, nicely cooked food (not the usual all inclusive slop). Quality drinks
- Immaculately clean
- Some very nice staff
- Fabulous colonial style beach bar with beautiful views
- Live entertainment (when it isn't raining)
- Spa - luxurious with very hard working staff (just be sure to mention you'd like a gentle massage if you don't like being jumped on, trampled on and punched lol)

Bad bits:
- Slight smell of cigarette smoke
- Air con in rooms was weak
- Jacuzzi's are cold
- Lifeguard on his phone all day - pointless him being there. Turns the slide on and off when he can be bothered
- Pool towels have to be out by 7am or you're relegated to the grass (not good with kids you need to watch round the pool!)
- Kids entertainment poor (maybe due to last week in May)
- No entertainment if it rains (seriously - everything is cancelled, despite having large areas inside that could be used)
- Some very miserable staff (felt like you were begging for a drink sometimes)
- No hotel information given

In short I'd probably visit again - unless they built a better hotel in Marmaris but I reckon this one's about the best there is at the moment!

Room Tip: Sea view high floor 3 or above (trees obscure the view lower down). Email the hotel direct - its about £150 for the upgrade.

Was so looking forward to coming back to this hotel after 10 years, It seems to have lost its way , going all inclusive has made it a conveyer belt of endless food and drink, which becomes repetitive after a while, where in the past you knew your meals were delivered and presented in a more stylish way , the staff however were first class and were always attentive,

Room not as we paid for ,view of a car park no bathropes or slippers which is stated ,food repeditive ,guest relations not helpful atoll ,little blondish Ariana was her name or something like that,only good thing you got import drinks if asked.

Room Tip: Dont take a promo room ,these are the cheapest rooms available in hotel.

This was our first time in this hotel and were not sure what to expect, even after reading the reviews. We were there for 11 nights and absolutely enjoyed every minute of this holiday. The hotel: Wow, The staf: so smart, friendly and courteous (nothing was too much bother for them, The food: Out of this world with so many choices, The beaches: Loads of sunbeds, loads of drink from the beach bar and the rest of the amenities where fantastic, could not fault anything about it. The hotel to us was so luxurious, to others it may be a mid-range or even budget (dependant on your financial status) but all were treat as equals by the staff. We arrived back home late on Monday 18/06/18 by Tuesday 19/06/18 we had booked up to go again next year. So looking forward to it.

Room Tip: There are no "bad" rooms in the hotel that we saw, none have bad views just some more interesting than others.

Stayed for a week from June1st. On arrival we were allocated a ground floor room overlooking the road . The room itself was nice but we upgraded to a pool/sea view room on the 3rd floor which was amazing. It cost £153 but if you can afford it well worth the money. Food was great something for everyone's taste , as it's all inclusive if you didn't like it you can leave it and try something else, no problem. There was steak and chicken cooked on a bbq grill which was very tasty. Couldn't count the different dishes and salads available and the desserts were to die for!
The small shop in the hotel is well worth a visit. He's got the best exchange rate and is open until midnight. Our evenings were spent by the beach bar which had a great choice of drinks including Irish coffee and a variety of singer/bands entertaining us. Holiday over too quickly we will be back!
The only negative comment is the bingo by the pool bar is a rip off very expensive for vouchers to use in hotel and discounts in jewellery shop. Oh yes and a free bottle of wine but who needs that when your all inclusive lol!

Room Tip: Book a sea room the higher the better, well worth it.
