Staying in this cave hotel was an amazing experience. The location is breathtaking and it is amazing to see the work they are doing to maintain these caves. The staff was helpful, spa services were excellent, restaurant was great. We used the hotel to book our hot air balloon ride. Used complimentary transportation to the town below and found a tour operator to take us on another excursion for our second day. The taxi back to the hotel was only 10 turkish lira. The town of Ugurp was nice, good for souvenir shopping.
