My hotel owner was very gracious to take me on a private tour inside this valley. I was in awe amongst these gigantic monstrosity. I looked like an ant at the bottom. The tours take you atop the highway and look down. I was in the valley looking at the tour buses above. That was awesome and surreal. Thank you Hassan!

A fantastic place. Not to be missed when you are in Capadocia. Romantic ambiance and fresh air in the area. The chimnies are really out of description

We found here really strange witn all of those chimnies. It is the effects of years of errosion of the land but it gives you an emotional experience which I can not explain. You can park the car and gove yourself at least half an hour to explore the area. When we were there was day time and for sure it would be even better at the sunset

So, from this point you can start walking along the rose valley, which is not only beautiful but interesting as the you go through a breathtaking landscape where people carved their whole city in the rocks. I suggest leaving about some three hours for the walk so you'll be back in time to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The valley is nice but if you are running short on time, then there are better places to visit like the Love valley, Imagination valley etc.
