We stayed at the opus yet again but in the new apartments this time.
They were beautiful and so much thought has gone into these. Very comfortable and modern. The apartments had a dish washer and a washing machine and each corridor had an iron and ironing board in a cupboard.
The staff as always were excellent. 5 star staff. The surroundings and garden lovely. Who could ask for more.
We will be back.

We arrived and went into our room. Old apartment they clean the room twice a week and replace loo roll when cleaning the room the room is dated and very tired. The sink is blocked the fridge gargles but. Everywhere else is good. The staff are very friendly the pool is not to cold the menu is so so and could be improved
Love the place. Has all you need for a stay in Kuşadası. Very near the main bus station 2 minute drive and only 20 TL for a taxi from bar street very friendly staff great menu and great food in the restaurant.
Stayed in the brand new opus garden apt loved it from the minute we walked in gorgeous big fridge with freezer Washing machine air con in sitting room an bedroom WiFi connection the best an the gardens were great to sit in food from bar so good all staff an Ben the owner could not do enough for anyone brilliant I'd give it 10 stars can't wait to go back
Our first time in Kusadasi & glad we stayed here, upgraded to superior apartments & they were brand new, very spacious , washing machine, dishwasher , microwave , great AC , tv. Although we are out all the time , the facilities are there if you need them . The staff are really helpful & although we couldn’t keep our room on for a late departure, we didn’t have to check out until 2pm & they let us use their private shower. Food good , plenty of sun beds , 20 lira for a taxi to the centre (about £2.80) if you prefer to go into town. A lovely chilled family run hotel . We will definitely stay here again
Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Opus Apart Hotel.
My thoughts so lets start with cleanliness of the complex and rooms.
9/10 very impressed with the lay out of the complex nice pool, plenty of sun loungers, lovely garden areas for chilling out, nice spacious room as we stayed in the one bedroom deluxe apartment.
Slight downside shower curtain rail instead of cubicle.

Not the best quality of food if I'm being honest day snacks average but reasonably priced.
Evening meal nothing to get excited about as some of the meat was pretty poorly cooked but then again not expensive however room for improvement on quality of food.

Disappointing as sometimes when you return from the town and fancy a last drink back at the hotel we found it closed at 1.30am.
A little early in my view and should be around 2.30am close.
Would i stay here again yes i would but the only downside is you are a minimum of a 15 - 20 minute walk into the centre and at least a 15 - 20 minute dolmus ride to the nearest beaches.
Ladies beach is great even though it's busy it was our favourite place and prices of drinks and meals are cheaper here than kusadasi.
If I didn't stay at the Opus Apart Hotel then my choice would be ladies beach.

A nightmare with traffic in the evening and irritable bar staff trying to get you in the bars.
If you give certain restaurants a miss after eating a couple of times then they seem annoyed asking the question " Where have you been " ( Bloody annoying )
Some ignorant staff and some nice staff depends what mood they are in.
Conclusion on kusadasi
Lovely place but extremely busy with traffic.
Downside
A little far away from the various beaches.
