The food: meat was not juicy, no lamb meat, some of the appetizers were about to go bad. Overall 3 stars.
The room: it was ok,weird thing; the rooms are cleaned by young men(they may touch ladys private stuffs in the room). Family room was little small but clean.
The sea: mornings are calm, afternoons little crazy.

We chose Infinity on the recommendation of a travel agent who works for the same company that recently acquired the hotel. We stayed here between August 30th and September 3rd, 2021. Check in is at exactly 2pm so be prepared for that. Rooms were not spacious but not cramped either (we stayed in Block 6 facing the beach in a family room.) Bathroom looked tiny but we used it quite comfortably so our concerns were needless. The hotel is designed delightfully, with several options of access to pool/beach/main hotel/lobby etc. No place is too far. The aqua park was delightful and clean. The life guards were attentive and friendly.
The lobby terrace is perhaps the best feature of the hotel.
The beach was clean and had plenty of sunbeds. The same goes for the pier. Plenty of showers at every 50 or so meters that had giant shower heads...the best quality I have seen at all beach facilities.
The restaurant had the best dessert menu I have ever seen....not one mundane panna cotta in sight! I was thrilled!
Now for the cons, which aren't too many:
Beginning with the restaurant, while the dessert selection was delightful, the cold appetizers were a huge disappointment. Despite there being a large selection, you would be hard pressed to find one that wasn't already sour or if not, on the edge of going sour. The meats dishes were dry and boring. The chef would bristle with indignation anytime we dared to comment.
As for about the facilities: the swimming pool is small and not adequate to handle the hotel if at capacity.
While I am all about gender nondiscrimination at jobs, personally I felt very uncomfortable by the male housekeeping staff. It might be just me, I suppose.
The entertainment team is wonderful but one event put me off considerably. They did a Bingo night like many hotel resorts do, but they charged 20TL per Bingo card. I have never had to pay for entertainment before.
In spite of the few short comings, we enjoyed the stay immensely and were sad to leave. Hopefully, this review will not end up in us getting black listed by the hotel because we absolutely do want to visit again in future.

I stay in this hotel since friday.and im here till thursday.the view is great.the sea is beautiful and u can always enjoy your time on the beach with comfortable seats.well there are some problems.most of the staff cant speak english!room service is terrible!we have to call,to get tea coffe or soap in our room.its a 5star hotel,but there is no glass ,no toothpaste,no hair conditionar,no lotion...
Oh the room and the bathroom are too small!!
We are three people,and we cant move easily in the room:(((.we dont have normal blanket.just a thin one.
Lets beck to good points:)the hotel location is perfect.and the waterpark is amazing!!!!
The drinks are good too.

It's a building with huge potential but it's not managed well.
First we have to pay more money for normal room which was pre-paid.
The housekeeping was very, very bad. It wasn't clean as I wished for a family with a 4years old toddler.
The food wasn't the highest quality. The menu was almost the same each two days.
The children swimmingpool was with very cold water. There isn't large sand beach area. Just few umbrellas.
The animation team doesn't have good programm.
Very,very big complex, but unfortunately very, very dirty.
Some of the stuff was friendly.
The picolo made scratctes to my new expencive suitcase. He doesn't even said "I'm sorry."
I highly Not recommend this hotel. It's far away from five stars!!!
It's a Shame by Yelken, not Infinity...

My husband and I arrived in the early hours of the morning. Checked in promptly and advised by the receptionist that we had a very nice room. We settled in and were awoken 5 hours later by crowds going into the restaurant below our room. We also had the roof terrace bar nigh on adjacent to our room. We spoke to reception on our way to breakfast and as staying for 7 nights asked to be moved. Eventually after several visits throughout the day moved to a quieter room.
Good choice of food for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. We did book the a la carte restaurant 3 times during our stay- food very good as was the service.
As the week went on, we found we were outnumbered by staff. Food choices also became less as the week went by.
We did find staff very friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble.
We went in the sea for short dips as it was so cold which did surprise us. Pool too was cold.
Lots of places to relax away from the noise around the pool with bars not too far away
We booked this holiday for a good chill out and lots of R&R which we had.
I would say hotel is more 4* but still very nice.
