Ada Manzara is very well placed for, being in the "old town" area of Kalkan, access to the beach and centre was 5 minutes walk BUT on a very steep hill, which is ok going down but heavy going upward (after a long day on the beach or after an evening out in kalkan)
Being at the top of the hill , the villa is well situated for local amenities such as the GENPA supermarket and green grocers (less than 5 minutes walk) You can get most things at the supermarket. There are other, better stocked, supermarkets close by like YALI, but it is hardly worth the extra walk.
The accomodation could do with a bit of modernisation compared with some of the adjacent properties which, being newer, had better kitchen facilities; such as a dishwasher and better refrigerator. Also the shower and bathroom facilities are, although adequate a bit outdated.
The best feature of this apartment was the roof terrace which has superb views over Kalkan Bay and the town. A great place to sit and chill ou in the evening.
It is important to note that this area of Kalkan is NOT suitable for groups of teenagers / younger people.
