Came here for a pretty late dinner, around 9pm I reckon, but the staff was still being really friendly and greeted us with smiles. Even though there are only outdoor seating (from what I observed, didn't actually ask), but the air was pretty soothing that night, so we didn't feel hot. The place gave a comfy vibe and it kinda looked like restaurant, but a coffee shop as well. It was quite spacious and had many seating, but not a very wide parking space. Mostly occupied by foreigners, the staff seemed to handle things quite smoothly. Our orders also came quickly (which was a great thing because we'd been quite hungry).
They actually had quite a variety of menu, with separate menu books for Indonesian and Japanese food. That night we ordered Japanese food mostly: edamame, agedashi tofu, miso soup, sushi, sashimi, ramen, gindara teriyaki, etc. The most memorable items for me were the Gindara Teriyaki, Tuna Tataki, Gindara Sashimi, and Chasiu Ramen. The sashimi was really fresh, and the Gindara Teriyaki was rather small but (not so) surprisingly tasty. Would've gladly ordered some more if I weren't been too full by the end of our dinner. Tried a bit of the Sambal Matah Chicken, it was tasty too.
We didn't get to try more variety of the dishes because we were full and they were about to close soon for the night. Hence, will definitely be coming back to give their other menus a shot when I go back to Ubud!
