We had a really refreshing 4 nights stay at the resort. This was a business cum vacation time. Overall ambience is excellent.Pure vegetarians have little challenges. Spa facilities are also excellent. Worth revisiting!

My mum and I have just had a 5 day break at the Nusa Dua. The hotel and the location are beautiful, like real paradise. The resort itself is pretty quite abs for couples and families. The bars in the hotel are open until late, however there isn't a lot of night life close by.
The hotel has a free shuttle service every hour which takes you to the local mall 'Bali collection' where you can shop drink and eat. My thoughts are that this was great for shopping and a drink however the restaurants were very expensive. Venture out further to eat street very close to hotel with a few restaurants, or Kuta area for more variety and less tourism.

This is our second visit to Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa and it has not disappointed. Travelling with small children, we love the sandy-beach pools and ease of movement from beach to pool - just metres apart. The staff throughout the hotel were delightful - friendly, attentive and competent.

This hotel also has a feeling of space and peacefulness that the others along the nusa dua strip now seem to lack - there are lovely grassy sections along the beach around both the wedding bale and south of Tamarind (the new bamboo restaurant), and we hope that the management won't be tempted to build these out as they really add to the overall ambience of the hotel.

We also love the elegance of this hotel. It isn't trying to modernise everything so that it starts to look like any major new hotel across the world (like the few further down the beach strip).

If you are able to afford it, the upgrade to the Palace Club is well worthwhile. The service is excellent, the staff delightful, and life is made easy with afternoon tea and cocktails.

If I had been asked for any feedback for improvement from the hotel, I would have said that their kids club lacks heart. Many activites now attract a fee (new since last year), and it seems that you can't attend the club in these sessions times if you aren't willing to do those actvities. The staff seems pretty inflexible and just a bit lifeless. My son went once and just didn't want to go again. There were very few kids around, though (we were outside school holidays), so it may be very different when there are lots of kids there and the atmosphere is a bit livelier.
