“Lovely villa - out of way location”

Villa zsa zsa is just like the pictures on the advert, it is a really stunning villa, immaculately clean and beautifully presented. Terry the owner was easy to deal with and responded to emails quickly. However we were disappointed by one thing and that was the location of the villa. We spent time researching the location of several villa options in Nusa Dua before booking, looking on google earth satellite images etc, as we wanted to be near the 'resort' area of Nusa Dua. the location as shown on the villa advert is quite wrong though and it is a long way away, out in the sticks up in the hills and a 20 min car ride to just about anywhere. the villa is surrounded by other plots with locals, some of who have cockerels that start crowing at 4am and keep going for ages! The local kids are sweet, but again a bit noisy and there was like a little stone quarry opposite that a constant tap tap tapping noise came from.....added to this the villa is right on the road, not a hugely busy road, but regular traffic noise all day. If you are going with a big gang of people (the villa has plenty of room for that) you may be making enough noise yourselves not to worry. However consider the point that to go anywhere is a decent car ride away and unless you want to use the scooter (I wasn't game) then you are dependant on Wayan.. Now Tuki and Wayan were just lovely and nothing was too much trouble, but when Wayan takes you out for an evening meal expect to pay around $25 for the round trip. There is no where you can walk to to eat out locally from the villa, so each evening there is the travel costs on top of food. Wayan took us out to get a takeaway pizza one evening.....it was stone cold by the time we got it back.... We had a nice holiday still, it just wasn't what I was expecting though, and I think location of villa is as important as the villa itself so thought I would give the heads up on this point.

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Terry is just a wonderful host who takes care of you from the moment of your initial enquiry all the way through to answering questions whilst staying in his beautiful villa. The photos do not do this gorgeous villa justice! Tuki and Wayan are terrific, taking care of everything whilst you just relax. The value for money is astounding. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

“Immaculate 6 Star family friendly in every way”
Reviewed 3 October 2013 for a stay in October 2013

From the start Terry made the booking expereience very easy. Ultimately we realised the place is great value for money. The photos really dont do it justice,

When you walk in its jaw droppingly awesome. Complete with new ultra modern furnising, top quality fitting and fixtrues the place ozzes class. The decore and artwork is tastefull fresh and unique. The wiring and lighting is western standard or better. This place build by the owner who is a deigner and builder in Bali and it shows.

On arrival we were met by Wayan at the airport. Always helpfull, polite and plesant throught our 5 day stay. Both he a Tuki made our time here very plesant. Nothing was too hard with breakfast and lunch included at times we nominated.

Afternoons the kids used the generous sized pool, WiFi, and bikes on a quiet street whilst mum n dad enjoyed free massages every afternoon.

We had dinner at several places about 15 mins drive away in Nusa Dua and also visited the secret beach - 5-7 min, Dreamland Go Green water park - 20min where ther was NO other people at all and did a day trip to the Safari and Marine Park.

All in all a great place to really relax. Ideal for families or couples who dont want or are looking for a change from the Kuta krush n kaos or hotels in general.

“Perfect. Just what we needed”
Reviewed 25 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

Firstly, booking this place is so easy. The owner, Terry, keeps in touch constantly and is extremely quick to respond to any queries.
When we got out of the airport our driver Wyan was waiting for us and upon arrival at the villa Tuki made us feel very welcome.
The villa is lovely, very spacious and the pool is nice to relax by. We didn't get to try the moped, but would have loved the chance.
Wyan and Tuki are both very attentive to your needs, breakfast and lunch included and the massages were lovely
Not many drivers know where it is, a bit out of the way so keep a hold of the card, but it was a great find. I highly recommend it!
Also be sure to check out Jimbaran Bay for fresh seafood on the beach.
