What a wonderful hotel! All the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent! Every morning during our breakfast one of the hotel staff (can't remember his name) organised our day for us and he made our trip wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This is our second time staying at courtyard nusa dua. We choose the one bedroom suite, and the room is spacious with big bed, dining area and two tv and located in front of pool so we have easy access to the pool. Bathroom amenities is Bvlgari which is great

Some of the furniture felt old, the sofa fabric looks dirty. The bed, while comfortable but when we sleep we felt some bites, maybe the bed bug? One more problem is the sound insulation is really bad, you can hear everything from people talking to toilet flushing from your neighbour room. The worst part is when somebody ring the bell of the room next to ours, it sounds like someone ring bell on our room. Ended up opening doors few times to find nothing

Hotel linen is inconsistent. While when we first check in all the towel is new, soft and fluffy. It changes on our third day, the towel they provided is old and thin towel that felt uncomfortable

The breakfast is okay, wide variety but taste average. They have noodle station now and this new addition the the breakfast line is good. We try the spa at C Spa too and they provide good massage

Actually the hotel, considering the price and location and rooms, should be rated very good or excellence, but it falls down because of service. The staff seems to prefer westerner than indonesian or chinese maybe? When we went to breakfast, it coincidentally happen that we arrive with some western guest. And while we arrive first to the breakfast area, the staff prefer to ignore us and greet the westerner few metres behind us. Happen twice on our three day stay. The only day this didnt happen is because there is no western guest arrive at the same time with us at breakfast area. I believe all guest should be treated with the same respect.

On last night before our departure, im asking the front desk staff for if its possible for late check out, and without even checking or asking my room no, he just reply that tomorrow all the room is occupied so he cant give me late check out. After checking from marriott website, agoda and booking.com i found out that the suite room is still available, and not only that, there is 30 or more room of other type available. Why must lie and tell me the occupancy is full while i will be content if they just explain that they simply cannot provide late check out. Im not pushing or insisting anyway, just asking. Its a let down considering that if there is no next guest on the room, i dont think it would be a problem to give us one or two hours late check out. Not to mention we check in at 22.00 PM on our arrival date

And then it happen again tomorrow, they called to our room at 12PM, asking us to check out immediately while we are still packing, because the next guest will be arrived soon (which is not sure a lie or not for me, since the suite room is still available to booking). Seems like a rush to get us out of their property as soon as possible. I told her we will be finished packing and check out soon. Just when we finished and about to check out from room, she called again and rushing asking us to check out. Oh wow they can't even bear our presence for 15 minutes more it seems now

I've travelled to bali a lots of times, just check my other review.
If you want a great experience while on vacation, choose a place with great service, for its the one that make up your day.

And if the management read and want to reply to this, PLEASE do not reply with courtesy only. Dont thank me for my review, just improve your service

Room Tip: just choose the room with no other people occupy nearby. If the room next to you is occupied, you will hear sounds.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. On the whole the resort was great - nice rooms, big pool, VERY friendly staff and GREAT food (with lots of variety for breakfast in particular).

We would like to mention the fact that the rooms were not very sound proof if other guests happen to be very noisy (eg. talking loudly in the hallway, party on the floor above) which we experienced both of. However, upon hearing this we were offered an alternate room (which also happened to have noisy neighbours). After learning of this, Dwi (a manager?) under no pressure from us, then offered us a free dinner which happened to be the "Romance Package" 3 course dinner which we would like to HIGHLY recommend as all 3 courses were exquisite and the chef's should be highly commended. - Although the dinner did not make up for the lost sleep, it certainly improved our experience.

It is in a prime spot - close to Bali Collection shopping centre/market, other restaurants and beaches, however, there are not as many options if you were in Legian or Seminyak.

TIP: we discovered a bicycle path (away from the road) that goes all the way to Bali Collection from the Marriott for another option to the 10 minute walk.

Room Tip: If you would like a quiet room we suggest top floor at one of the ends of the wings. Perhaps facing the outer garden to avoid pool noise.

We stayed in Courtyard by Marriott at Nusa Dua and took the shuttle to their private beach. Just loved the massages I got by the beach (there were 4-5 massage tables right by the private area). Lovely beach breeze and firm/strong massage by number 22 masseuse (they would provide their number on their uniform rather than their name)...... But the service was pretty personalised. The beach marriott staff was also excellent and very courteous!

We were here for our honeymoon in November for 5 days.This hotel z location in Nusa dua is very nice peaceful clean calm and beautiful and Nusa dua looks likes Europe.We could walk to the next road and do cheap roadside shopping or pick handcrafted stuff from expensive bali collection nearby.Both are very close and even many restaurants are nearby.Even a grocery store is in bali collection mall and we could buy prawn chips from there.itz yum. So location is just perfect.the staff at marriot are very friendly and greet you with a smile.the buffet in the hotel is worth a try.they have a very large menu on their list everyday.There is a pool in the hotel itself and the rooms overlooking the pools are just too beautiful.The rooms are located well and itz very calm and clean .Not to forget,the room service is the best.They clean very often.spacious rooms in a awesome hotel with a nice refreshing bali spa was just perfect everyday.a hotel I would recommend anybody without hesitation.

Room Tip: Pick the room overlooking the pool on the Top floor
