Had come here to relax and that's just wht i did . Amazing time the property is huge and beautiful. Staff are very very courteous and polite. Attention to detail is amazing . Didn't really venture out of the property didn't need to .
The rock bar has amazing views u would wanna book a day in advance.
Would definitely visit here again soon thanks to the ayana team my holiday was just amazing.

It was our 31st Wedding anniversary dinner at Ayana .... There service was incredible.
American Express recommended and did all our reservation. It wasa fabulous dinner. The staff even signed a beautiul card and wishing us A Happy Anniversary.
They even gave us a deliious chocolate cake with a candle.

+ big resort with friendly staff, there is many restaurants and many swimming pools, and you can enjoy with the beautiful views to the sea.

- when we check-in they took a deposit 2 million IDR (it's OK for me because all hotels in Bali take deposit) but the thing I didn't like in last night at the hotel they was a draw extra 1 million IDR from my credit card without taking permission from me! another thing the Kubu beach it's very dirty, and we go to Rock Bar, it’s nice view but there are not many options for eating and the music is very annoying, the price is high.

In regards of your concern, our reception team will normally reconfirm during check in that additional card verification will automatically processed if the consumption is exceeding the deposit. Stayed in Anaya over Christmas when it was not full - waited too long for room service housekeeping etc. The food in breakfast buffet not up to standard for a resort of this type/price. Noise factor - the resort showing signs of wear and renovations were taking place in rooms not far from ours - from early in the morning until around 10pm at night!

Room Tip: Keep away from renovations if still going on.

We stayed at Ayana in February and August in 2017 and my wife, Elizabeth, and her friend also stayed in October!
This resort is incredible, everything is always excellent, the rooms, the service, the restaurants, the gardens...everything is beautifully maintained.
We love the Ocean Pool - with Sekar and Mr Pande on the pool deck anticipating your every need, their customer service skills are exceptional.
We tried the River Pool this year, it’s very peaceful and of course the service is amazing and we are looking forward to our next visit in March!
The Dava and Sami Sami restaurants both have amazing food and the views are stunning.
The most relaxing thing though, is the 2 hour water massage in the Aquatonic Pool at the spa.
