I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 3 Nights but after an inhospitable experience while check in and looking around the Property we decided to Cut short it for 1 Night only.

Property.
It's quite an old property which is very poorly maintained. Only positive thing about it is that it's quite close to mall road and there is parking available for guest. Although the private road leading to hotel is very steep and it's often very difficult for people who don't have 4x4. It's not preferable for Senior Citizens as it's very difficult to climb the steep road and stair afterwards.

Room
View from valley facing room is quite mesmerising. Beddings, quilt and towel were not clean enough and doesn't seemed to be fresh. Fridge available in our room was dirty and not working. Toiletries offered were a small soap and two mini pouches of shampoo. So don't forget to carry your own.

Service/Hospitality.
If not all, few of their staff needs proper training of customer service and hospitality specially the one that are at reception. Even such basics of hospitality like welcoming guests with Smile and Being polite to them were not in their dictionary. On pointing it out no one seemed bothered. So don't expect that you'll be treated like a Guest.

Food.
Breakfast in terms of quality and taste was just alright and luckily the Staff that served Breakfast were polite and very supportive.

Looking at plenty of nearby options available it's not worth at all to stay at this hotel.

Nice, large, well-appointed rooms. Balcony offers wonderful view if the town. Decent food and service. Avail of off-season discounts during winter months. Unless you have a car of your own, it can be a breathless climb up from the Mall!

Room Tip: Insist on a room with a view

The hotel is nice. The location is very good, though the service could have been better. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is very near to the mal though the passage to the hotel is quite uphill and one has to walk a steep uphill to enter the hotel(if not by car).
Its a eggetarian hotel no non veg available.

Room Tip: choose the hill acing rooms for good view.
