Overall everything at the hotel was ok with a 4 star standard service but the lack of awareness of hospitality of the team shocked me. If it was a small city in India I would understand a dearth of talent but not in Bengaluru. Housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking while I was in the toilet and then when I walked out they said they thought they forgot their bin in the room while cleaning, my bag was open but luckily this far haven’t noticed anything missing, when using the showers in the fitness center which were dirty and not cleaned response was we cannot clean as so many people come here. Really shocked and disappointed by these instances.
