Professional and courteous staff; great experience

My family had a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza for a close wedding. The staff was professional right from check in to check out time. Manju Rana, a courteous staff member, ensured that we had a comfortable couple of days. The rooms were beautiful and we had no complaints regarding the quality of food during the course of our stay.

Wedding

Excellent Stay and food was awesome. Was there for short time but had amazing time.rooms are good experience. I was helped as had an urgent documents to be uploaded I reached out to Anhad and gmhe helped me Thank You Ashish,Sanjay, Manju at reception VERY helpful.

They Beat My Expectations

Let me confess that this was our first ever stay at any Crowne Plaza property anywhere in the world.
And must also admit that the stay here was simply amazing.
Right from check-in where we were greeted by the very warm smiles of Manju Rana, to the rooms that were quite spacious, comfortable, complete with the latest upmarket high tech gadgets in the room, to the food at the restaurant, everything was just outstanding.
Team Nishesh Seth and Jaskaran went out of the way to serve us the best ever food (dinner and breakfast) we have had in a long time at any Five Star hotel.
The spa is also very well managed.
All in all, the experience was superb and we shall definitely look forward to staying again soon.
