Services were terribly delayed and moreover, a majority of the menu items were unavailable. Absolutely not recommended for Corporate executives and families!!
Pathetic service at Silvassa!! Is it probably because I was on a corporate billing that they didn't bother servicing such customers.

Being the 1st trip during this covid19,we had our own reservations of the hygiene, hotel safety and sanitisation aspect .But Vits Kamat has stood 100% on cleanliness,customer service,safety and all precaution required,food,room service all was great....not even an iota of doubt to recommend this to place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful.We had taken super deluxe for 2nights lake view facing and a very pleasant stay.Must also appreciate the food out here...very well prepared....our son and we were very impressed by the hospitality and special mention to the restaurant staff named Santana who was friendly with the guests especially kids.
Keep up the good work.Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

I stayed in Suite, Room is excellent, spacious and clean and with nice garden view.
Gala Dinner starters were good, Staff services was also good but I personally did not like Main course and next day breakfast, I think these should be improved.
Overall good experience with Hotel.
